It's almost been 6 months..11-22-13...tired of waiting.

Our waiver is pending at Nebraska Center. I'm obsessed with checking it online. Every time I say a prayer and think. " this is the day", but when it's not approved, I get relly down and find it hard to cope. Are ther any other Nov. Or Dec. Filers on here? My spouse has been gone for 16 months and it's really wearing on me in every aspect.

I am sorry and I understand your feelings since marriage on 12-12-12 I have been away from my husband. and all I can say is if you were given a certian amount of days for a decision on the wavier and havent received news I would call on it. Patience is one of the hardest virtues I know. There are nights where I just cry and it is hard to deal and I try to celebrate the little milestones. Sometimes all you need is to vent to a trusted friend or loved one. It drives you crazy to not know when you will receive the news you been waiting for, but soon you will be together, just remember soon this will all be a memory. Hi, please hold yourself for bit more days, they are working on November 2013 cases. What is your receipt date? I guess its after November 2, 2013. They processed upto 2nd date of November.

You can check these time frames at USCIS website under check status>>check processing times>>then select the Nebraska service center from drop down box>> and click service center processing times

Its almost near, my waiver took 6 months and 1 day

Hold it for a while.....

Have you received your approval or anything else from Nebraska, if not please contact them, it's been out of time now you have every right to Contact them.

Sorry for such a late reply... I hope you are approved and living happy in US now....
