The visa will be valid for 6 months from the date of the medical.

As others have mentioned, your fiancee can enter US within the validity date of the visa, which is generally 6 months from medical.

I noticed that in one of your topics before that she's from Philippines, but currently in Jeddah. Just keep in mind that if she opts to go to Philippines before her flight to US, she will need to go for the CFO seminar, a requirement for all Filipinos leaving the country with an immigrant visa. But if her flight won't be transiting Philippines, then she needs not worry about this.
