Hello,

I had a question about one part of the I-129F form. On page 3 when it asks if my fiance has been to the US I selected YES on question 15 because her has been here twice. It then goes on to say that if he is still here to continue to fill out the following questions. Does that apply to questions 15.a through 15.h? He does have a passport and I want to be clear that they are not asking for that here regardless if he is still in the US or not.

You only need to fill-out 15.a-h if your fiance is currently in US.

If he's not, no need for you to worry about it and just leave it blank.
