Hi

I have an urgent question. please help me!

My husband filled I130 application for me without his green card included. since he has lost the green card and he had open I90 case on that. we only put the I90 NOA1 which includes his case number. recently he finally got his green card.

my case is still under process in Vermont and i had only received NOA1 . Do anybody know if they will reject our case due to lack of this document.

should we send a copy of green card to VSC now before decision is taken ? or will they know that my husband has a complete case for green card ( by accessing and checking his case number )? .... So complicated!

Thanks in advance for helping me .

Salam Maliheh,

This is just a guess but if I was in your situation, I would immediately submit a copy of Green Card with a letter explaining the details. Don't wait for them. They don't do anything other than what they were told. If for any reason they reject your case for the first time, you would need to wait another 6-7 month to get the decision.

SO DO IT NOW otherwise you will regret that later on.

Good luck.
