Once approved where do you check for status of delivery?

Hi,

I was approved during my interview for my K1 earlier this week. They said that my visa would be sent to me within 5-8 business days. I checked CEAC and CSC website, but neither show me if it's being delivered. CEAC still says "ready" and to book my interview... I don't know where to get my waybill so I can pick it up in the next few days.

I believe Loomis will call you to pick up your passport. Depends where you live. Also I think you will receive way-bill number in email which can be tracked on the Loomisexpress website using track option.

CEAC says it updated on May 1st and says "Ready". But below it says it's ready to schedule interview...

I had my interview yesterday, she told me that Loomis would contact me either by phone or by email when they received my Visa.

I think (I vaguely remember other threads about this) it's common for the status to say Ready at this point, either because they're passing it around as they're processing it, or because they don't change it. Mine now says;

Administrative Processing

Application ID or Case Number: VAC20145----- 01 VAC

Case Creation Date: 02-May-2014

Status Updated Date: 02-May-2014

The visa isn't issued until it says issued. You won't be getting a waybill # until it's issued.

Any news Lights? My status switched to Issued on Monday, and this morning it showed the Waybill number on the CSC site and Loomis sent me an email as well.

Around noon Loomis called and said I could come get it. I'm going to go tomorrow.
