Hi!!!!!

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

just received this online. we were June fillers and were waiting for our NOA2. were waiting for almost a year now and getting tired of waiting..

were thinking of other options to make the process go faster, one thing we thought of is to add another support from my in laws another one is to file an expedite. can you please advise on how to get this, is there any eligibility for this action?

all advises and comments are highly appreciated.

Thank you! :)

"Adding support from your in laws" will not speed things up.

You need to meet certain requirements to get an expedite. Having to wait 10 months is not a reason for an expedite. Some couples wait years - like 4 or 5 due to AP. http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

It's an RFE. You need to wait for the hard copy of the letter to see what further evidence they're requesting
