Have there been any i601 s filed in November or December of 2013 approved yet??? Just trying to get an idea of where nebraska is at in there work load! There processing times still say Oct 2 and it's a bit frustrating to see that they haven't advanced or updated the page!!!!

I've been following the waivers too. we will be filing ours very soon. I was hoping the waivers would pick up a little since the I-130's are back at 5 months. The processing times usually get posted around the 18th of the month

There have been 1 or 2 Nov approvals

decisions seem to be taking 6-12 mths

there's still May , Jun Jul Aug 13 filers waiting

seem the str8 forward cases with no hits or

request to other agencies by adjudicators

R decided in 5-6 mths.....approvals are all

over the place, but after 6 mths and 15 days

the applicant can put in an e-request online or

by phone ...some cases takes longer than

others no telling Y...they have 2012 filers waiting,

but that's not the norm

Can you link me to where you find that information of processing times? does the USCIS website show that?

Ive seen 5 waivers from Nov. Approved already. Ours is 11-22-13. Still waiting.

Will you link me please to where you see this type of information?

11-25-2011 - NOA1 - Applied for K-1 Fiancee Visa for my Canadian love living in Vancouver from Pakistan, sent package to California
04-23-2012 - NOA2 - Application Approved, waiting for interview date.
07-23-2012 - NOA3 - Email from Vancouver consulate that we are receiving letter to send packet 3.
07-23-2012 - NOA3 - Packet 3 - Letter received to submit DS-230 and Checklist to get a interview scheduled.
12-07-2012 - Interview - Received white paper requesting more documents.

04-10-2013 - Sent additional documents via Loomis for Van Consulate.

05-10-2013 - Email stating passport is at Loomis for pick up.

05-13-2013 - Passport returned requesting 1. Police Reports which we have previously submitted 2 times and also stated 2. Administrative Processing.

08-29-2013 - Received letter stating Visa Denied due to Moral Turpitude, Also note that we can apply for wavier I-601

12-31-2013 - Receipt date for I-601 Waiver - Waiting for results.

07-10-2014 - Interview, Visa Approved, Administrative Processing.... waiting....

8-1-2014 - Visa Issued

11-18-2014- flight booked for Fiance

1-2015 -Married, Registered for SSN, Registered for AOS, Work Permit and Advance Parole

10-2015 - AOS interview, approved.

Approximately 4 year journey to get everything done.

 

8-2017- Filed for Green Card - USCIS I-751 Petition (Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status )

 

Waiting to hear back on getting a Green Card....

  • On Uscis website you can check status of your waiver. I have been following mine as well as several others that appear to have been submitted in November. So, if you put in lin#s that are before yours, you will be able to see the type of case it is and when it was received by that office. Four waivers before ours have been approved as well as 1 that is two lin#s after ours.

My husband has his interview May 21 in Montreal. I am pretty sure they are going to tell him he needs a waiver for CIMT. My question is since he previously had a I-194 waiver for the same inadmissibility will that make a difference in the processing time? I mean they already waived it once why wouldn't they again?? Plus the incident happened 17 years ago.

I joined 3 FB gruops for 601 waiver applicants and have seen about 5 Dec. Waivers approved already. One was 12-30-13!!! Mine is 11-22-13 and we are still waiting. I have lots of hope that it will be any day now.

I joined 3 FB gruops for 601 waiver applicants and have seen about 5 Dec. Waivers approved already. One was 12-30-13!!! Mine is 11-22-13 and we are still waiting. I have lots of hope that it will be any day now.

What is your case like? Do you think cases that are Mexican like illegal presence get approved faster? I feel that they do. Mostly Mexican approvals not any other ethnicities.
