It depends on your case. I applied for the I-130 for my parents when I turned 21, which was April 16 2012. We are still in the process but that's because they required an I-601 before they can continue with the interview. but the interview was scheduled for June 2013. So from the time when I applied, to the date they had their interview, 14 months had passed. It took 14 months for the interview.

Applied for i-130 F4 in november 2013 ...the application is under intial review process.

How much time it takes to complete intial review process?

And how long it gonna take to go to NAtional Visa Center?

hi

it can take months or years, it really doesn't matter because you have 12 or more years of waiting depending on your country of origin

because once it is approved, it will be sent to the NVC and stored there many years until there is a visa available
