Transcripts OR complete copy of the entire tax filing, all documents. The IRS transcripts are best.....and free.

The Op's post stated the taxes were just filed, so no transcript is available. Also I did state his taxes as filed, that would include all documents he filed.

Yes but you highlighted copies of the W2s which could confuse someone into thinking just this. They need copies of all documents sent to the IRS....which includes many forms and other stuff....like W2s, 1099s, INTGs...etc etc. Everything.

In the Philippines, they throw around the term W2 so much, that many there think W2s are not part of the tax filing. I didn't highlight a thing, I was just making sure she understands she needs that part with the taxes as filed records.

my fiance paid/pay already the ITR 2013 and the transcript is still not availble on the IRS site....

question: do i need the IRS transcript during my Interview?

Embassy asks for the most recent tax return (1040) and W-2, the transscript is optional. He filed his taxes, he should have a copy... have him email that and a copy of the W-2. And send an original of the I-134 ;)
