About to send my I-751 or application for removal of condition.

here are the documents or proof of our marriage that i am going to send.

cashier's check of $590

I-751 form

photo copies of:

green card front and back

military ID's

2013 ITR

bank statement

insurance policy

survivor benefit plan coverage (from military)

credit cards

death cert.of his second wife

divorce decree of his first marriage

If there's anything that is missing please let me know,,,thank you guys.

The death certificate for a previous spouse is not likely to be needed, unless she rose from the dead and then died again. Ditto for the divorce decree from a previous marriage, since this does nothing to speak to the legitimacy (or lack thereof) of your current marriage.

A handful (~10-20) couldn't hurt, but they are secondary evidence at best, and generally just used to shore up an otherwise weak case.
