OMG! My fiancee is also from Ploiesti! The post office there is so bizarre. If international mail arrives between certain days, he can only pick it up on Tuesdays and if it's in another time frame, then he can only do it on Wednesdays. Either way, the most he had to wait was 2 weeks for it to reach from the United States to his post office. I had things sent to him through Express mail. His mail to the United States was just regular, and it took the exact same time frame...2 weeks. Im happy and relieved to see another person with a fiancee in Romania, and the same city, too!!!!! :) My fiancee and I filled out the forms together via Skype to ensure no mistakes and that he understood what the forms were asking of him. Hope this helps!~
