Hotels near St.Lukes Clinic

My fiancee has been trying to find info on where to stay while getting her medical exam. I know there are some seedy hotels close by but she doesn't want any of those. She would like to find one only a couple of minutes of walking to and from the clinic so she can be in line before the clinic opens because she is going for her medical earlier than her appointment. She would also like cost per night info and anyones comments on staying there.

try cherry blossoms, it is nice, beside the robinsons ermita, i stayed there a few time, the price inculdes a breakfast, (but she will be up too early for that, it is safe and clean.

they have a few different types of rooms the cheapest fill up fast so get reservations.

it is also on the same street as St.lukes, just about 2-3 blocks

I am sure the prices have gone up, but the location is great, and safe, nice staff, close to all transportation.

Bayview Park Hotel is right across Roxas Blvd from the US Embassy and not far from St. Lukes. It's not the Shangri-la, but it's convenient for anyone who has anything going on at the Embassy.

Don't bother with the hotel breakfast. There's a Starbucks in the lobby.

My fiancee is at the Lotus Garden Hotel right now and she says she likes it. She says there are guards at the front door, the desk staff is nice, and it was quiet last night on the upper floor she's on. I'll have a report on the included breakfast and internet access (if any) later. She is also checking the walking distance and time to St. Luke's this afternoon. She will be there most of the week so if you let me know of any specific questions you have I can ask her.

We paid $50 but they may have rooms for $45. We got the second lowest price thinking it might be a little nicer.

I checked Cherry Blossoms for this week but they were getting full and all I could get was their 2-level suite for P2350 (about $47). I figured for that price I would just go up a notch in price and get a little nicer place. If you reserve in advance you can probably get one of their cheaper rooms if price is a priority.

Rosas Garden Hotel has a friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean.

They are located at 1140 M.H.Del Pilar Street.

Another update on the Lotus Garden Hotel. The business center (internet cafe) seems to be closed in the evening, and internet access is P80/hour. It's easy to find other cafes in the area for P25/hour that have better hours. Otherwise my fiancee said she likes it.
