Hello Dear Friends,

I hope you dont mind me asking a few questions, i have a fiance filled a k1...visa and aalready schedule, waiting for the interview, but i am worried that her income would drop from the minimum guidlines...as she was a part timer and student the last year/2013...her total return tax gross for 2013 is 12000, where as her current income is with 2 jobs full time, $1500 each, monthly...so what do you guys advice? shall we provide a joint cosponser incase or we are good to go...

thank you in advance!

$36k would be her current annual income then? That is enough for up to a household of 5, so if it is just the 2 of you, then that is more than enough. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf
