My Fiancé I-797 NOA has just expired but we still have the appointment withe US Embassy in Bogota will this be a issue when we go for our interview for our K1 visa. Is there something we can do in less then a week to correct this problem or can the US Embassy just extend the approval of the I-797. Please help if anyone has any ideas what todo from here. I did call the NICAS stateside they said call the Embassy in Bogota and when I call the Embassy in Bogota the told us to just follow the information on the interview packet. Medical exam etc. and come to the appointment on time. I just do not want to leave anything to chase so I am asking for everyone help in this matter.

Thanks guys.

Gracias chicos.
