Hi there,

One quick question. On the I-864 there are two checkboxes relating to attached tax documents:

6.13. I have filed a Federal tax return for each of the most recent tax years. I have attached the required photocopy or transcript of my Federal tax return for only the most recent tax year.

6.14. (Optional) I have attached photocopies or transcripts of my Federal tax returns for my second and third most recent tax years.

Why is there no option for "I have attached photocopies or transcripts for all of the three most recent tax years," which is what I'm doing? Do I check only 6.14 (even though it doesn't indicate that I also included the transcript for the most recent year) or check both?

What did you do? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

2018-03-07: Notice that our April 12 interviewed had been "canceled" (pending rescheduling, but the letter didn't actually say that; officer at InfoPass later explained that interviews aren't scheduled until five or six weeks before the interview date, so they were waiting until closer to our requested rescheduling window)
