I'm a US citizen married to a Taiwanese citizen (Taiwan is a VWP country). We are currently waiting for her IR-1 in Taiwan. My job contract in Taiwan will be up at the end of July and I would like to move back to the US and start looking for a job and place to live, but my wife's IR-1 almost certainly won't be ready. We've only received her NOA1 in December 2013. Would it be possible for us to go to the US for 90 days and then go for a visa run to Canada or Mexico and get 90 more days upon return, rinse and repeat, and then eventually go back to Taiwan for her final interview? It sounds too good to be sure. If anyone could help us out it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
