hi im trying to find out if anyone that had or has interview coming up has only got a call from embassy regarding interview..my husband worried he needs a appointment letter from them..but lady told him he will only get that phone call...thank any help greatly appreciated :)

Did you request an expedite and now your case moved to Embassy?

I know some other people for Egypt are trying to deal directly with embassy since its taking months now. Keep calling embassy and emailing. I have people on the interview thread for Egypt waiting since August. So sad sorry.

we have our interview scheduled and yes was expedited they called him a few days ago from embassy and told him May 4th and told him he would only receive call.. hes just worried the lady told him wrong..if he dont have appointment letter what do show at embassy to get in is what he is wondering is it just his identification?

Sorry I am such a noodle head :oops: . Even have you on the cse complete Interview thread with expedite.

I see your concern and just keep calling. I would think they would send a email for conformation. But call email until you get on their last nerve. Glad you finally got a date. Hoping this week the rest for Egypt get one too. Praying for you all.

lol its ok must be craziness to keep us all together haha..thank you for the input thats what i told my husband as well..i look on the consul page and it says something bout k1 filers and them only getting a call and not a letter saying embassy doing thingsdifferently but just making sure we got everything together :) and yes praying for all the applicants from egypt they are not in a good place right now and i want my husband out of there asap

My daughters fiancé received an appointment letter this past Monday interview day 28 April

How long have they been waiting for an interview? I have seen some K1's waiting since October. I have married couples on my list since September still waiting.

our expedite is for medical issues i have and also i am pregnant..they denied our first one which i ask for on humanitariun grounds
