Hi everyone my question is my current income is 22,200 and I petitioning my wife and son and the poverty minimum is 24,750$ but I have a 8,000$ in my saving do I need a cosponsor ? Or it's enough for household size of 3

u will need joint sponsor buddy 4 sure. Dont take any risk. it will delay tour process

according to uscis..your assets must be at least 5times the amount that you're missing to complete de poverty minimum requirement... so, you're almost missing 2500 x 5 = 12,500... which is still not enough, unles u have any other assets that can be easily convertible to cash

you need to find a joint sponsor
