Hello Again everyone!

After submitting my application I130 + I485 + I 765 + I 130 ---- We submitted checks for $85 + $985 + $420

We recieved E-Notifications that our form's had been accepted and recieved 4 diffrent recipet notices.he reciepet notices for 3 of the 4 applications have moved from "Acceptance" to "Intial Review" The reiciept notice for I 485 is stuck in "acceptance" and said

"

On March 24, 2014, a fingerprint fee deficiency notice for this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was mailed to you advising you that we have not received the finger print fee, the correct amount, or a signed check or money order. The notice provided you with instructions to follow to submit the necessary payment. Please submit the required payment as soon as possible or we will not be able to resume processing of this case."

Today we recieved the notice in the mail saying : "The date on the check/money order is not correct. The check date either occured more than a year ago or it is in the future. Please send your application/peition with a check/money order for todays date to the adress listed on this page"

Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application. Your check is being returned to you with this notice. No additional action by you is required"

If you have questons....

We relaised that the check was dated wrong! :( . We also got a letter of our package bieng accepted, but no "green form" like some people on the forum have mentioned.

Furthermore, the payments for $985 and $420 were deposited a few days ago, only the $85 is missing!

My question: Should i just re-send the $85 with the corrected date, and attach a cover letter explaining the situation (including reciept numbers etc). ? WIll this be enough for them to correct the issues?

Any other advice would be GREATLY APPRECIATED :)

Thank you all so much!
