Hi Everyone,

My husband received a yellow letter called a "Pre-interview case file review" and in it mentions:

You indicated in your application that you been arrested. For these arrests and any other incidents in which you may have been involved, bring originals or certified copies of all arrest records and court dispositions showing how each incident was resolved.

On the N400 form it asks have u been arrested, cited, detained etc... so we selected YES because he's been cited. Then below it asks for you to put in the date, reasoning and how it was resolved and we included it was tickets for tinted backlights n they were paid.

I am concerned it states "arrested" instead of the N400 wording of arrested, cited, detained etc.

Should I worry???? USCIS is helpless...

thank you!!!

Exactly what Silkafi88 said. They may ask about it or not. The yellow paper has standard wording for that portion of the N400. Just to get us worked up a bit when we receive it. Thanks government! :)
