My wife is applying for citizenship based on marriage to a US citizen.

We want to include some information about her home and the instructions specifically say to include the mortgage.

My wife's name is not on the mortgage because she's not on the loan. However she is on the deed and her name appears on the Deed of Trust document.

Can we include the Deed of Trust document in place of any mortgage information? If so can we just include the first page of the Deed of Trust or do we need to include all 22 pages?

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

Entry Date to USA: 2/3/2011

12-10-2012 - Sent off I-751 packet visa USPS

I751 Was approved - 10 Year GC was granted

N-400 Progress

4/10/2014: Package Mailed
4/11/2014: Package Received

Yes you can send the deed instead. I don't think it would hurt to send a copy of the whole thing. Good luck!

Second that, send deed and no harm done with sending the complete document ( just a little extra postage cost :) )

Filing based on 3yrs/USC Spouse. 3 year residency anniversary is in August 2014. Filed immediately after the 90-day early filing mark (May 2014)

05/12/2014 - NOA Date

06/11/2014 - Biometrics Appointment

09/15/2014 - Inline for interview scheduling (was stuck in "Initial Review" for over 3 months!)

10/27/2014 - Scheduled for interview

12/01/2014 - Interview

12/19/2014 - I AM A US CITIZEN!
