so ive been browsing through looking for information but i am just so lost with all the number and "I" this number "I" that number anyways....

Would somebody be kind enough to guide me to the right place on this forum. I entered us EWI as a kid in 2001 now ive been married for a lil more than two years my wife and i filed the I130 if im not wrong around 5 months ago my case just got transfered and im at the "initial review" at the USCIS page.

So if you entered with out inspection your next option would be the I-601A provisional waiver I suggest you check immigrate2us.net you can find more information on there.

ahh so is the I-601A only for EWI or what other people can us this form? My search for I-601A info lead me here (only to end up more confused)

i looked around the other forum immigrate2us.net and was not able to fund much info for this specif form only for the I-601
