I-130 Form - question 15, 17, 18

Hi! I have a few silly questions on the I-130 form that I am sending in as part of the green card application for my husband. We are married and living overseas and there are no former spouses or children.

Is question 15 in regards to my spouse's job or mine? It is under the "information about your relative" column but seems confusing. Whose job information are they looking for?

On question 17 - do I list myself as spouse or just leave this blank?

On question 18 - we do not know yet where we will live as it is dependent on jobs, should I just list my parents address as that is my current permanent residence in USA?

Thanks for any help on this - I know these are really basic questions but I'm anxious about making sure I do this correctly the first time!!!!!!!!!!

ACK - sorry, just ran across another one I wasn't sure about -

Question 21 - we are still currently living together outside of the USA so what date should I put for the "from" and "to?"

Firstly you are not applying for anying. You are petitioning for the right for your husband to apply for a visa.

Now onto your questions:

Q15, your spouse's job (dunno why they ask this...) My husband put his job... But technically it's on the relative side

Q17 list yourself and wife

Q18 "to be determined"

Q21 - from whatever date you started living together and to "present"

Also as a note fr Q 22, please make sure you fill in the right side with the proper city & country
