Hi,

I'm just embarking on the whole EAD/AP/AOS journey and am completely overwhelmed!!! I'm starting off with the "easy" forms first, ha ha.

Question about what to provide for:

a) "copy of any document issued to you by the USCIS showing your present status in the US" and

c)"if you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of the USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application". (How can I when I am going to apply for all 3 simultaneously?")

Or if someone really has some time can you give me a breakdown of what I need to send in with the AP???

Mahalo!

Hi,

My suggestion is to read and reread and reread the AOS/AP/EAD instructions.

Then I'd suggest the petitioner, not the beneficiary, fill everything out; the petitioner knows the US culture ... we hope.

For a) copy front and back of the I-94 and copy the visa in your passport, both in color; that's what I did for Maria.
