So i have a receipt date of september 13, 2013 my application was just on received but tjen this month itvwas transferred to california on march 4 2014 and then on march 14 2014 it says it was approved and that it is on post Decision activity whats next?? Can anybody help me out please

Congrats on the approval! You should be getting mailed copy of the NOA2 Approval -

Soon they will notify you that your file has been sent to NVC for review -
