5months ago I was workin wit a company , when I applied for a B1/B2 visa,but now I intend 2 re-apply wit my registered private bizness investment wich I have been operatin for abt 4yrs now, .meanwhile, I am still workin wit dat company,.is it necessary 2 indicate am still wit the company, or jus go ahead wit usin my private bizness What are my chances?

I would just bring proof to everything - job, investments, private biz, etc. Of course you'll have to present those info in an organized manner. Based on my experience, the CO just asked if I'm employed or not, how much I make per month and who will be covering my expenses on my trip - I wasn't asked to produce any proof or document.
