Hello VJ's,

I'm going to send my K1 AOS in 2 days, i have read the step by step guide here & I have some important questions & need your help plz.

1- Do we have to send my Divorce certificate with the translation " the same one i sent at the start of the process " ?

2- do i have to separate each of Form I-485 & Form I-765 & Form I-131 each one in a separated folder with it's photo copies ?

3- do i have to send 2 Photographs for each one of them ?

4- do i have to sen " Statement of circumstances that warrant issuance of advance parole " with form i-131 and from where i can get it ?

5- do we have to send her hr letter with the w2 forms ?

6- Any sample of good cover letter for the AOS package ?

Thank you so much in advance and hope i can get Your help ASAP coz we gonna send it in 2 days.

Thanks.

You do not need the divorce decree with the AOS paperwork.

You send th\em all together. You can separate each form and supporting docs with large paperclips, if you like.

Yes, they each need 2 passport pics and any other documentation that is required for that form. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/472439-evidence-for-756-and-131/?p=6723671

No explanation/reason needed with the I-131 when filed with a pending I-485.

You can probably do a search here on VJ for sample AOS cover letters.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Family Based Visas - topic is AOS, not K-1 ~

The I-864 requires a complete tax return or IRS tax transcript, not just a W-2. http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

Send a letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs to prove current annual income.
