packet # 4 is only one envelope with 4 different information?

i was absent from this page because i was in Dominican visiting my fiance ..remember i lost my job and i took 2 weeks to relax a bit..

while i was there he received a letter and it has 4 pages.

1- blue paper date of cita

2- green paper documents requered

3- white paper things that we dont have to enter to the embassy

4- ds-156

i am worry because as i read here he has to receive one thing there and i receive another thing here in the us...when i came back i received the same letter with the same information...is this packet 4? do i have to expect something else?

and another question... do he has to fill out ds -156 by hand.

my interview is in 04-21.

We both received the identical packet. Yes, you do the DS-156K by hand.

Look at the bottom of the form and see what it says. Mine says DS-156 on the top, but says DS-156K on the bottom.

You both seemed a bit confused. Make sure you read the NOA2 Page to prepare for your Interview.

You can fill out the form, but the beneficiary has to sign the 156k in front of the immigration officer and take an oath. This is done at the interview

You can e-mail them one month before your interview.

They will send it by e-mail.

You print it and make the medical 15 bussines day before interview.

You dont need to go to the consulate to pick up, tgey send by e-mail.

this smells like packet 3,

as

packet 4 contains the interview letter minus the stuff you mentioned,

and

you not mention any interview letter.

This is Packet 4. The DR does not use Packet 3. You have all you are going to get. It is the identical packages I and my fiancé both received. We both received IDENTICAL packets.
