I have a big question, my G.F and I have smoked some marijuana. Soon I will submit papers for K-1 visa. I didn’t know it was illegal for these procedures, and we will stop immediately. My question is, what kind of test would she get done? Is it hair, is it urine? No drugs or other substances have been taken

What time line?

I have not sent the initial application: i will send it by the end of the month. So im guessing it would get process in few months... I would like to know what kind of test wouls she get done....

Probably urine. Trouble is she needs to be honest at her medical exam, if she lies and is caught she might be banned from ever entering or remaining in the US. Admit it and she possibly faces a 1 year ban. My advice, Never lie on any forms or interviews. Omitting information is also considered lying. Marijuana is illegal by Federal Law.
