hi all ,

i have this website from a friend and really i like it so much , and i wish you can help me to know when they will change the form of visa fiance I 129f , cos this one online is expires 12/31/06 and now we are 5/1/07 and i want start get it online and send it to my fiance ..im sorry about my english and wish can have help soon from you friends

PLEASE read the additional information to the form. You can find that before you open it on uscis.gov. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

See where it says Edition Date? 5/23/06. Versions other than the 5/23/06 edition are not acceptable. This is the ONLY form right now that you can use until they update it again. You can go ahead and start filling everything out.

You can find the the date (23/5/2006) at the bottom on every page. You'll be fine.

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

03/19/2008 - package sent to TSC, let's hope for the best

03/20/2008 - check cashed

03/26/2008 - case sent to Vermont Service Center

04/17/2008 - Biometrics scheduled

05/19/2008 - received I551 extension stamp via INFOPASS

02/12/2009 - APPROVED

02/21/2009 - GC received...no mistakes...valid until 2019

The I-129F that is on the USCIS.gov website is the most recent and should be accepted until they issue the new forms....129f form here

27 Sept '07-I-765 [#2] filed--14 Nov '07 Biomerics for I-765 [#2]

Take it from me....GO TO THE AOS INTERVIEW DATE ANYWAY!!!!! EVEN IF YOU GET THE SNAIL MAIL NOTICE!!!

August 2009--Permanent Resident Card arrives!!!!

We are Finished with Immigration for 10 years!!!!
