So i have reviewed several pages about tips and what to expect now that I'm heading to NVC. Just a few questions I could use some clarification on. ( haven't gotten my hard copy yet)

So what exactly has to be submitted to NVC? Just originals or certified copies of the main docs ( birth certificates , marriage certificate) or a copy of complete packet exact to that initially submitted but with actual originals or certified copies?

Also, for the I-864 form I recall seeing a section asking how much or what will I the applicant be covering. Can I write something general like all expenses will be covered until spouse obtains employment and then expenses will be split or paid as we see fit. Or should I really itemize everything.

Go here to the NVC Filers thread and read #1 and #2 post.

There is no such thing on the I-864 about what you will cover. You have to meet the 2014 poverty guidelines for your household size to being to qualify otherwise you have to have a co-sponsor.

Look at the I-864 and you will see you can start preparing now since 2013 taxes will be due to NVC

Only original documents or certified copies of the originals.
