Hi VJ Members,

I and my family are coming to the US in the state of Arizona. This is our first time to be in the US. I feel worried and concern for my family expecially for my 2 little children who are 6 years old and a 2 years old. I am wondered if there is any things to be aware of in terms of school, hospital, grocery, etc..

Any info much appreciated.

Thanks to all

Kind regards,

Geri

Hi,

In terms of school, I guess you need to know which school district does your home address is assigned or belong for that matter. You can actually check that online and search for it. Your kids are really young so I am sure prepschools are very close to each other. You can find one that you will feel comfortable with.

Groceries- Oh boy! Walmart, KMaret, Shop and Save... you name it! they got it all for you. Coupons in your mailbox will be overflowing so take advantage of it!

Hospital? I'm pretty sure that your petitioner/husband has got that ready because part of the background check for support is health insurance/medical and dental. If he is employed, its mandatory. You just got to be enrolled with whatever insurance you have for coverage.

Goodluck!
