I sent out my package on Friday 07/03, it was delivered to Chicago on Monday 10/03. Waiting for e-notification now.

I am MARCH ' 14 also.

Sent the package March 5th

Arrived and signed on March 6th (Fedex Overnight)

Still no text or email notification

It was a AOS package (I-130, I 485 I believe and more)

Hi,

Filed for AOS on March 5 (at least that's the date the lawyer told us they sent it ;-).

Adjusting from a L1-B visa.

So far, I haven't received any notification, but this process is anyway all about waiting after having compiled this big pile

of forms and supporting material.

Hi guys,

I did concurrent filing for I-130 & I-485 and is also waiting to hear back from USCIS. I mailed my package on the 6th and was received by Chicago Lockbox on the 7th. However, I have not received any e-notification yet.

Got email/text notifications yesterday as well as the check was cashed. Package was sent March 5 with snailmail, so probably arrived in March 8 or so.

My lawyer is sending our packet today so I'll probably hear from them next week. Am so stressed and nervous, probably for no reason!

Received txt & email notifications late last night (10:30pm - Mar 13) Actually received 3 notifications. Took 6 days to hear back starting from the time they received my package.

I guess I will wait another week to see if I will receive anything.

I think it will be nice to say our current status also (assuming that maybe they take care of different statuses in different time frame).

My current status is OPT and married to US citizen in USA and living in USA.

Burmagirl, whats your status ? And are you in USA?

What does the notification say in text or email ?

My current status is also OPT & I am residing in USA.

I am concurrently filing for adjustment of status (for me) & petition for alien relative (by my husband).

In the text/email it just said my case was received with a confirmation number and that Form I-797 (Notice of Action) will shortly come in the mail.

I noticed from your information that our packages were sent to different service centers. That might be a reason for the delay in response. I know how anxious you must be waiting, but just hang in there. I'm sure you will hear from them soon enough!

I actually did send it to Chicago Lockbox also, I just did not understand what was lockbox mean when I started my profile here so I wrote where my OPT got approved at. lol.

They actually told me that OPT (EAD card) will come in 3 weeks but it took me right at 86 days. So maybe it's my luck lol.

Hey Everyone;

I have an update ....

They have rejected my application (I emailed them which I did not get a response so I called them) due to not enough money send etc. etc.

I have send $1810 worth money orders ... They can keep the change lol...

So, we are sending it tomorrow again and see how it rolls out this time...

I was wondering how much you all guys paid for the following stuff .... I checked USCIS form fee website and everything seems to be normal...

I - 485 = I send 3 money orders of $500 + $500 + $70 =$1070

I -130 = I send $360 and $380 worth money orders.

But on the rejection paper it says that "I-485 money is unsufficient or something similar " ... I don't get it....

You sent way too much. It's $1490 total.

I-130 is $420

I-485 is $1070 ($985 + $85 biometric fee)
