I finally received my NOA2 last week and am no preparing for the next step. I am in the process of filling out the I-134 form for Affidavit of Support and I ran into a few problems...

- I am a US Citizen that was naturalized through my parents (I was a child when they were naturalized). But I do not have their Certificate of Citizenship number nor can I get it. What should I put down?

- I had previously sponsored distant relatives for immigration (about 10 years ago) in name, due to pressures from family. But the problem is I have no idea what their names are or where they are currently. Any way to get around listing them?

My sincere thanks to your replies and my apologies if these questions were previously addressed in other posts...

Next to line b. 'If a U.S. citizen through parent(s) or marriage, give Certificate of Citizenship number', put 'None - US passport #XXXXXXX'

If you previously sponsored someone, you need to find out their names and list them. Provide an approx. date, at least the year. If they became citizens or no longer hold a green card, then they will not be counted in your household size.
