This one is for my Hunby, He faxed off the ds-230 form part 1 and is so proud of himself, he says ya gotta update the time line.I told him the nest thing on the time line was for the sending off of packet 3 to consulate. He sounded sad, so I decided to send this one out just for him.

I'm extra proud of him because he tends to procrastinate.

I LOVE YOU HUNBY!

That is nice.

It's awesome to hear that you can fax these documents. My fiance and I are almost ready to send out packet 3 - we plan for Monday. He doesn't speak English so I'm taking on more responsibility and so this weekend he has to copy what I've already done and then gather everything to send out.

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

I do not know if you can fax everything I do know that it told him to fax theds-230 pt 1, please check what your paperwork says so you do not cause delays on your side.
