Hi I m a Canadian citizen but I have a u.s waiver 212 a6ci but also have approved waiver for 5 year I 212 on humanitarian right

Long story short they gave me waiver and I applied at airport and I got 5 year waiver approved that's my 2nd approval first time I got for 1 year this time 5 year

Question can I apply f1 visa if I want to study in Houston Texas my parents lives their

Also what other visa I can apply for

Labor ?

Or any other option also if I apply for f visa can I apply for visa when I m in usa already or I have to apply here in canada I mean can I apply for status change or somthing

I had a permanent ban on me under 212 a 6 c I first time it took me over a year to get approval n they gave me 1 year but 2nd time it's only took 35 to 40 days total and they approved me for 5 years

So if I go usa for study n join college I can just get I 20 from college n take all paper to border or airport and get i94 for f1 ?
