We have been living in GA for the past three years (since we got married K-1). We are moving to FL towards the end of April/beginning of May. My eligibility date to file the N-400 is around the end of May. I was wondering, when we move does that mean I would have to wait till the end of August 2014 to file the N-400 ?

yes you have to be living in that district for at least 3 months on the day you file your application (not your interview, not your oath). Good luck
