Hello,

My wife came here on a K1 visa, we got married, and she adjusted her status and we're living happily ever after.. :)

For something not immigration related, we are needing copies of her immunization records. I'm referring to the ones that were given to her before she came into the USA as part of the K1 visa process.

I don't believe we got a copy of that and (if we had the opportunity) we never made a copy. I can't remember at what point it was given to them.

How would we get a copy of that or the original? Would filling out G-884, Return of Original Documents, give us the immunization records?

Or is there something else we should/can do?

Thanks.
