American citizen, wishs to marry a chinese citizen

As the topic says, I wish to marry a Chinese girl, but I am unsure how this process starts.

I've met her while she was here on a tourist visa.

Well she is back in the states on a tourist visa, and I was wondering how we could get married and have her stay in the United States.

I can't stand being without her.

About her: Chinese, 31, Never married

About me: American, 38, divorced twice (to Americans) have divorce papers on hand.

I've found this,

Procedures If Your Spouse Is Already in the U.S.

If your spouse initially came to the U.S. as a nonimmigrant (such as on a fiancé or student visa or as a tourist), and either you are a U.S. citizen or your spouse is still in valid status, he or she can apply to adjust status in the United States. The main form for this is an I-485. The two of you will attend an interview at one of USCIS’s field offices.

Information about USCIS locations or service centers can be found at its website, www.uscis.gov. (Just make sure your spouse didn’t commit visa fraud by using the nonimmigrant visa specifically to enter the U.S. and apply for a green card – see “Risks of Entering the U.S. as a Tourist, Then Applying for Marriage- Based Green Card” for details.)

If, however, your spouse entered the U.S. without inspection or by using a fake visa, or you are a permanent resident rather than a citizen, your situation is more complicated than this article can address. You may have difficulty obtaining a green card for your spouse, though it is not impossible. See an immigration attorney for details or if you have any questions about whether you qualify to adjust status.

anyone have experience with this?

If she is in the US and you wish to marry and have her stay, then you need to file the I-130 and documents for adjusting status at the same time. Follow this guide > http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

Once she receives AP(Advance Parole) or her green card, then she can travel outside the US and re-enter. Not sure why she would be banned from entering China.

Oh, ok, I wasn't sure if china itself got mad at people leaving the country and marrying on tourist visa's.

No I don't think Chinese gov will care if citizens go abroad and get married.. however, when she completes the GC process, her local registration info might get revoked at the local police office once upon her first visit back to China. And also her Chinese citizenship will also be abandoned automatically once she becomes an American citizen. Chinese gov does not allow people to have dual citizenship. However this will be long down the road, no need to worry about that now.
