I864 question

OK I am freaking out, I did not send tax trancripts, i sent whatever we print from Turbo tax with 6 months worth of Paystubs... what should I do? Just sit and wait for the RFE? or should i gather the info and mail to them? I am afraid if i do that will be lost? unless i prepare another I864 aplication and send ?

02/24/2014 Mailed OAS package Via UPS overnight

02//25/2014 received and signed at 08/:30 Am...

03/04/2014 Received text and email my applications were accepted smile.png

03/10/2014 Received appointment letter for Biometrics

03/11/2014 Successful early walk in (San Francisco office)

03/25/2014 text & email I-485 Testing & Interview

04/09/2014 email with interview date 05/13/2014

05/01/2014 i765 APPROVED! case status changed to "card production

05/07/2014 Received my EAD card

05/13/2014 INTERVIEW!!!

05/16/2014 Received email Card in production YAY!!!

Day 13 02/10/2014 Biometrics letter received

Day 14 02/11/2014 Biometrics walk-in

Day 41 03/10/2014 I485 status changed to "Testing and Review"

Day 64 04/02/2014 EAD card procution

Day 69 04/07/2014 Notification EAD card mailed

Day 71 04/08/2014 EAD card received in the mail

Day 72 04/10/2014 Interview scheduled for May 15th.

Day 108 05/15/2014 Interview

Day 108 05/15/2014 Status for I485 states that my permanent resident status has been registered

Day 112 05/19/2014 Status for I485 changed to card production

Day 116 05/23/2014 Green Card in the mail!

Day 2 03/09/2016 Case accepted

Day 27 04/08/2016 Biometrics done

Timeline

It is better not to send something once the original petition has been accepted unless you receive an RFE. The chances are good that they will not be able to match up the new documentation with your original petition. Just have everything ready in case you do get an RFE.

That's OK. You can send either or. See the I-864 instructions.

If you want to have a peace of mind and not worry, you can also email your spouse the tax transcripts and have him bring them to the interview. Do a Google search for IRS tax transcripts for the link.
