Good day everyone.

I have a quick question, and I'll appreciate any help.

My wife (the USC) and me (beneficiary) are almost ready to send the 1-751 package this coming Monday which is the day when our 90-days window opens. For my part, I'm very anxious to send that big envelope asap. February has been a very stressing month thinking every day in all that paperwork sleepy.gif I bet I haven't been the only one in this situation before the expected '90-days'. But anyway, the only issue we have at this moment is that we haven't filed yet our taxes of last year 2013 because my wife had an issue with one of its employers and she is still waiting for a document from that company. It seems it is going to take about 3 more weeks.

We already have our transcripts copies from 2011 and 2012, and we aren't sure how necessary would it be the taxes declaration copy of last year? Do you think it would be enough with declaration taxes from 2011, and 2012? we got married in 2011.

We think we have a very good amount of other evidence. What would you do in my case? I don't want to see anymore that mountain of papers in my desk tongue.png (just kidding!)

Thanks for any advice :-J

Since its gonna take time for you to file 2013 taxes, only option for you is to send 2011 and 2012.

You should send w2 for you and your wife for 2013.

(But i think you can contact IRS to receive w2 after 15th feb if you have not received w2 by the company)

ROC sent (DAY 00) -2/21/2014

ROC received at center (DAY 03) -2/24/2014

NOA received at home (DAY 07) -2/28/2014 (NOA dated 2/24/2014)

BIO received at home (DAY 12) -3/05/2014 (bio appt on 3/20/2014)

BIO appt (early bio) (DAY 12) -3/05/2014

Approval decision date (DAY 89) -5/21/2014

Approval letter received (DAY 91) -5/23/2014

Card received at home (DAY 102)-6/03/2014

Thanks Flora, I'll try to contact the IRS to see if they can help us. The thing is, I have understood that in terms of jointly tax declarations, what USCIS likes or accepts, are the transcripts, and I think isn't going to be easy to have them before June or later.

You are right, but still i filed tax return and sent 2011 and 2012 joint transcript and 2013 joint tax return in feb. They also know that transcript takes at least 3 weeks to order from applying date.

I mean if you have time, you can at least file 2013 return and send docs,no harm in trying to escape rfe.

If out of time then send at least copy of w2 for both for 2013.
