Hey there,

We, with my fiancee (I proposed 2 months ago :) ) want to get married so we filled the K1 visa (waiting for NOA 1). I am living and working in London, UK (I am a French citizen). I met my fiancee more than 2 years ago in the US (I was there with a J1 visa). I came back to Europe in 2012 waiting for a H1B visa.

I tried to come as a tourist on a B2 2 months after being in Europe but was denied (never overstayed) because 'I didnt show enough ties to home country' (I was unemployed since I was waiting a H1B!). 6 months later I wanted to go for new years eve and my tourist visa has been denied again under the same section. And at the same period my H1B work visa too (for a change in the work location)....I guess my tourist visas have been denied because I was waiting for another visa (they never told me or asked me)

Since my last denial (more than a year now) we are applying for a K1 Visa, these denials could have a negative impact on our petition? (Never overstayed, no criminal records etc...)

We have a lot of proof together (visiting my family, phone bills, skype, vacations together, engagement ring etc...)

Thanks for your help!

PS:I applied for a B2 visa because I didnt have a biometric passport! Now I ve got one!
