Hi

I have just received confirmation from USCIS that my I-130 was approved and sent to NVC for further processing. The issue is that my wifes name as it appears on her birth certificate and ID card is a little different than what was filled when I filed the case. She doesn't have a last name, her ID has her name as Axxxxx Rxxxxx and her father's name Rxxxxx Ryyyyy, when I applied for her I-129F in 2012 with the name that was on her ID, uscis denied my case and said that she needs to have a last name along with some other objections, anyways I went back to and married her and came back and filed her I-130 with the following name to avoid the objections again "Axxxxx Rxxxxx Ryyyyy " now this is a little different than what her birth certificate and ID card has, I m trying to have her passport made from her country and I m facing this problem that they wont make her passport as Axxxxx Rxxxxx Ryyyyy because her birth certificate doesn't have that in it. What should I do. Thanks for any help
