You are welcome. The first two posts on this thread has a lot of great info for the NVC stages. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/478133-nvc-filers-february-2014/

Do you think NVC will asked for another tax returns and pay stubs since I sent three years of tax returns, recent pay stubs and letter of employment when I initially filed the Form I-130?

Can I send police clearance along with the IV package since information is out there that NVC does request it eventually instead of waiting for NVC to ask for it?

You need to send the police report with the IV packet. Keep a copy for yourself as you may also need it for the medical. In the UK you need it for the medical. I am not sure if Nigeria requires it too so I would just keep a copy for you and send the original with the IV packet.

They should not at this time. Did you send 2012 as your most recent or 2013? If you sent 2013 then you don't need to worry about additional documents. If you sent 2012 as your current and your spouses interview is after April 15, 2014 then you will need to send more information with your spouse to the interview. If you filed 2013 then have your spouse bring your 2013 transcript. If you have not then have your spouse take your 2013 W2s. Hope this helps.

Also in the future you may want to start your own thread. It will help you get more answers when the topic is based on your question.
