No, they don't send e mail, you can just see change PAID on CEAC site, so long time for shows PAID, tomorrow call immediately NVC.

After this you need some documents for IV Package, and after send to NVC you need to wait for Case Complete.

But call NVC very soon.

and how long after status changing to PAID did u submit DS 230?? do they email u to submit this?

DS230 is old, from september2013 need DS260 to complete on CEAC site (when you enter your NVC case number and Invoice Identification ID you can see that form)

for me when IV fee shows PAID, the same day I could complete DS260.

You need to send some documentes (birthday certificate, marriage certificate,police certificate, and other) after you call NVC and they tell you have received your documents you need to wait for Case Complete.

After that I have collected all documents in my country I have sent them to my husband, because is more fast send to NVC documents from US.

I would like to know too how much time need case complete..NVC says 30days for review and complete. I hope so!!!! If you see my signature down you can see every step about my case

after submission of all required documents, ds-260, all civil documents, i-864 and supporting documents, then it would take 25--30 days from the day when nvc recieve your documents in mail. if you submit both packages together then 25--30 days after the submission, otherwise you have to wait for the last package to be reviewed.
