We had our K-1 interview in Honduras, February 10th. It was a clean cut case. The interviewer even commented on how organized and prepared we were. She wished other applicants were as prepared (thank you VJ for this) She approved our visa and stapled a yellow card to his paper stating the address of the Cargo Express in Choluteca (the nearest one to his city). She stated that he would be able to pick his visa and passport up in 5 days in Choluteca. The yellow card states 6 days. It has now been 6 business days and his status is still at "ready" and his visa is still "at post". We are not in a rush as he is tying up loose ends and I have returned to the states for work BUT am starting to get worried there is something wrong. I have read the embassy reviews and the different forums but all experiences picked up their visa at embassy or cargo express in Tegus. None where transported to other cities. Asking for a little reassurance : )
