I just called USCIS office in Vermont and I was told that they are processing the forms from March 8th 2013. But the processing times in the immigration timeline here say it is processing the July 16 forms. Why the discrepancies?

because they dont want to move the date to july otherwise there would be alot of service requests... :)

you will see this happen from time to time. Keep checking back next week as the numbers will most likely update for the month of december...

There's mo discrepancy. You are talking about two different things. The USCIS date they are working on petitions filed March 8th, 2013 week. The dates you see on VJ the (your petition may be adjudicated between and the dates are based on just VJ members who bother to update their timelines.

What USCIS reports really is off and no matter because people filing at all times of 2013 are getting approved and such and it also depends what service center your petition is at they may be processing different dates at NSC than TSC or CSC or VSC.

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Please Please put your VJ member name only. Not nicknames or real names whatever your VJ name is. It's below your profile picture!!

To be honest, I am not following what you are saying here.

To be honest, I am not following what you are saying here.

Let me try again. I believe you are referring to this on VJ on peoples timelines.

Processing

Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 29, 2014 and April 24, 2014*.

If so thats based on people who bother to fill in their timelines.

When USCIS says they are processing March 18th, 2013 they go to the warehouse, shelf and pull out the petitions for that week and start adjudicating. And it may be saying June because there have been alot of June and July NOA2's lately. Remember VJ is only giving stats based on VJ people. USCIS is everyone else all 500,000 petitions.

No problem. In this crazy world called immigration what was normal is no more. We no longer live normal. It's a shame when you can't even count on anything. Timelines, timeframes. People can't plan a dang thing it shouldn't be like that.

Just keep you chin up. It is well.
