My parents live in Rosamond which is just north of Lancaster (about 10 minutes). My dad use to work out at Edwards AFB. Me and my fiancée will live in Simi Valley about an hour from Lancaster.

Hey that's cool, maybe they knew each other. My dad (his name is Virgil) worked for Northrop on the B-2 Stealth Bomber and then for Boeing. My mom also worked there as a secretary for some Air Force General or something. I was in the Air Force myself but stationed at Malmstrom AFB in Montana.

I hope you like the desert, really hot and dry in the summer and cold in the winter but I guess it beats the Midwest this time of year.

I'm used to live in a hot place, lol. So I think it is fine with me. I keep sneezing if I am in a cold place. Btw, when did your dad work at Edward AFB? Bldg 120 south base is where your dad worked, got that from fiancé.

I talked to my dad and he told me that he was at Edwards from 1989 until 2007. He worked on the B-2 until 2000 and then on the ABL747 until he retired. He told me he knew a guy named Ron but would have to know his last name to be sure. It would be funny if they knew each other.
