Hi. I would like to confirm something. After payment of IV fee and sending an online appliction for ds 260 we jave to send the barcode to nvc with the supporting civil documents from me (the beneficiary) like: police clearance, birth certificate, marriage certificat, photo copy of passport, etc right? Are we on the right track? Because someone pmed me saying that when he called NVC they said that they dont need the supporting documents because we have to pass it to USEM. What they only need is the AOS and the Ds 260. Im a bit confused on the information. Please help.

just went through it. First, I hope birth certificates, marriage, NDI are all originals (or certified copies). I did not have the proper colors so had to order them. I also sent 2 passport photos, make sure 2"x2". After a few weeks got e-mails stating I needed to send AOS and certificates, that was confusing...then 2 weeks later got my checklist e-mails. Customer service said sometimes are crossed up. They will receive check list today.....I hope interview request will be sent to Manila Embassy real soon....hehe

remember, some customer service are helpful, others just give no good responses
