ir1/cr1 usem interview sked

im getting a bit confused here, can somebody enlighten me

im reading threads and people are doin their interview dates at USEM, i jist want to know if,for us, spouse and minor children of usc need to do the same thing???

2013-02-28 i-130 filed @ phoenix lockbox 2013-11-06 transferred to "ANOTHER ofc 2013-12-09 to "alien number changed"
2013-03-05 check cashed 2013-11-07 transferred to "NEBRASKA ofc 2013-12-10 APPROVED
2013-03-09 NOA hardcopy rcvd w/ msc# PD march 4 2013-11-08 at USCIS ofc 2013-12-11 Shipped to DOS
2013-03-10 checked USCIS site - initial review 2013-12-17 NOA2 hardcopy rcvd

2014-02-03 CASE number assigned (all 3)

K-1 fiancee visa schedule their own interviews. IR/CR-1 normally do not, NVC will schedule that and notify you. BUT if you have an EXPEDITE because of Yolanda NVC is skipping their processing and sending the files to Manila to complete the processing, and those IR/CR-1 are allowed to schedule their own interview dates.

Thanks for clearing that up, Hank. I was wondering the same thing since my wife's case was expedited. We're still waiting for case complete.

11/15/2013: Submitted Expedite Request to USCIS

12/12/2013: Notice of Action 2 (Case transferred to NVC)

12/16/2013: Received hard copy of Notice of Action 2

NVC STAGE

01/10/2014: Received Manila Case Number

01/10/2014: Paid AOS and IV Fees

01/16/2014: Expedite Request Approved by NVC (Submitted by Senator)

01/25/2014: Sent AOS and IV Documents to NVC

01/30/2014: AOS and IV Documents Delivered to NVC

02/20/2014: Case Status changed to "Case Complete"
